It is a 5 bedroom house with a private bath for each bedroom plus a half bath.Each bedroom also has a flat screen TV. The main floor has a King master suite with a walkout balcony. Also on the main floor are a Queen, Queen, and a Queen. Two of the queen bedrooms have a balcony. Upstairs has a King master suite with a private balcony. On the main level is a media room with a queen sofa sleeper. Upstairs is a study with french doors and a full sofa sleeper. There are two wet bars on each level.

The beautiful wraparound porches- both screened and unscreened- are truly the signature spaces of Spyglass. Screened dining for 12 leads casually to conversation and cocktails at two outdoor lounge areas. Chaise lounges on the upper deck let you relax in style just steps from the living room.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas range and double oven. There is a double enclosed outside shower with both hot/cold water; fish sink and a charcoal grill. Enjoy the lovely views of both the ocean and creek.
